My first tip!

Good evening everyone, hope you’ve all had a good day!

Before I start on my first tip (that’s right, I’m genuinely going to give some advice), I want to talk about my plan with this space.

First things first I’d LOVE to stick to a daily upload at 6:00pm UK time. I plan to only write short posts, so they’re easily digestible, a little lighthearted and hopefully fairly useful.

Secondly, I’m going to try and attach a picture to every post. Hopefully it will be some sort of quote, which can uplift, inspire or humour you, but we will see how long these plans last for!

Right then… down to my first tip!

When it comes to money, I haven’t got a clue, I don’t understand credit cards, or mortgage loans, I don’t understand ISA’s and LISA’s. I just don’t understand.

However, I know someone who does…

MARTIN LEWIS THE MONEY SAVING EXPERT

This man is a genius. He genuinely knows everything there is to know about money. I subscribe to his newsletter and I follow him on social media (he does some hilarious twitter polls), and he has given me so much to think about when it comes to money.

If you don’t know who he is then I suggest you give him a little google, his website is called money saving expert and it is filled to the brim with information. It might be a little bit much to begin with, but if you think of one topic you might want to know more about, like savings for a deposit, for example. Then go into his website and find that section and educate yourself as much as you can handle for today.

I genuinely believe if we can understand things slightly better then we will be more inclined to take notice, take an interest and then execute it into our lives.

What have I taken from Martin? I now know the absolute best places to find a bargain… Just kidding (although this is a very large part of his newsletter, thank you Martin)! I’ve set up my very own ISA, like a real grown up adult would #adulting

Let me know if you find any useful nuggets knowledge on his site?

Mollie xoxo
